Shipping and Turnaround Time
Shipping Information
All items are shipped through USPS. I send ALL products with insurance and secure packaging. Please make sure you enter your shipping information correctly during checkout. You will be sent an email with tracking information when your order is processed and scanned by the post office. After the package is in possession of the USPS, Sarah Goodell Leather & Silver LLC is no longer responsible for your items. If your package becomes lost, please contact USPS as soon as you can. If your package is lost or stolen, Sarah Goodell Leather & Silver LLC is not responsible!
International Shipping
I have shipped to Canada and Australia, and will continue to do so with a flat rate fee and insurance. If you're outside the US, and don't see a shipping option available on my website, don't hesitate to contact me. If I'm able to ship a product to you, I will!
Turnaround Time
Depending on the time of year and how busy I am, my wait list can be anywhere from 1 month, to 4+ months. I own and operate this business solely on my own, with help from my husband when needed. Please know that I will ALWAYS try my hardest to make your items in a timely manner. The sooner you reserve a spot on my list the better. If you ordered a custom item like a belt, bouquet wrap, garter, etc. I prefer to know AT LEAST 4 months in advance. In an emergency time crunch situation, I may be able to fit you in, so please contact me!
Return & Exchange Policy
Returning or Exchanging an In-Stock item
Unless otherwise specified, most of my In-Stock items are able to be returned. If you'd like to return or exchange it, the item must be unworn with no signs of use or damage, and can be returned to me at the buyer's expense. Once the item is received, I can exchange the item with something of equal value, or give you a store credit! No payment refunds will be issued.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are FINAL SALE and DO NOT have the option of being returned and exchanged.
